NEW LOCATION/PROGRAM!
In Partnership with Optimal Training and Pennsport Gym I will now be accepting new private students and student groups.
Optimal Fitness and Pennsport gym are providing a large room and proper equipment to allow me to train students in an excellent facility.
Equipment changes have already started and will contine to happen over the fall
